PeopleSignals provides a B2B SaaS early warning system for HR people-risk management. Our Services aggregate signals from HR systems to predict attrition, burnout, and engagement risks at the team level.
Our Services include:
- Risk analysis - Team-level risk scores for attrition, burnout, and engagement
- Insights and recommendations - Actionable guidance based on aggregated data
- Data integration - Connections to HRIS systems, calendar applications, and survey tools
- Reporting and dashboards - Visualization and trend analysis of team-level metrics
Our philosophy: "Signals, not surveillance"
We focus on team-level aggregated metrics and do not provide individual employee monitoring, surveillance, or scoring capabilities.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
- Represent a business or organization (B2B services only)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.2 Billing
Subscription fees are:
- Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms
- Subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Based on the number of employees covered by the Service
4.3 Payment Methods
You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees incurred. You must provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You agree to promptly update all payment information.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:
- Free trial cancellation - No charges if cancelled before trial ends
- Service failure - Pro-rata refund if we fail to provide the Service as described
- Billing errors - Correction or refund of erroneous charges

4.5 Price Changes

- Share credentials - Allow unauthorized users to access your account

You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to provide employee data to our Service
- You have obtained necessary consents from employees where required

10. Limitation of Liability

- Cost of substitute services
- Employee attrition or turnover costs
- Business interruption
10.2 Direct Damages Cap: Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

12. Term and Termination
12.1 Subscription Period
Your subscription begins on the date you first access the Service and continues for the subscription period (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
12.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months or unused time.

- You use the Service in a way that poses security or legal risks

- You have 30 days to export your data

- All fees owed remain due and payable
